The course curriculum includes 50 hours of video lessons, reading and homework assignments. These 50 hours are divided into four modules of approximately 12.5 hours each.

A minimum of 5 group sessions is required to complete your certification. For more than half of the training hours you'll be on your mat following guided yin yoga, yang flow and meditation routines (video and audio). • The Module 2 is a choice of Hands-On Yin (done with another person) or Yin With Sandbags (done by yourself).
• The Module 3 assignment is Yin Assists (one-on-one practice with an adult friend) or Yin Alumni Practice (watch 1 hour video).
• For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd assignments, you'll submit a form summarizing your experience and what you learned.
• The final assignment is to submit a video of yourself guiding a Yin Yoga class, which you can do alone or with an adult student or group. Your class may be conducted in-person or on Zoom. You may use your own words, or use the provided script. You'll record the class with a smartphone, video camera or webcam, and you'll upload the video using the instructions provided.
