Yang Yoga flows are qigong-inspired yoga sequences designed to complement a yin yoga practice. Characterized by rhythm and repetition, yang sequences are more vigorous, with movements that energize the upper body meridians - a contrast to the static and passive nature of yin yoga with its focus primarily on the lower body. These sequences were created by Devi's yin yoga teachers Suzee and Paul Grilley with inspiration from the qigong, tai chi and yoga traditions. The first few videos feature graduate students from Devi's yin yoga teacher trainings.
